Who we are

Groundwork is operated by Genial Ventures Pte Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Singapore.

Using the site and free downloads

You may use groundworkkit.com and download the free Workshop Toolkit for your own professional use and for your work with clients. The free toolkit is provided as it is.

Licence to use the templates

When you download or buy a Groundwork template, you may use and adapt it for your own work, including engagements with your clients. You may not resell, redistribute, publish or share the original files, or present them as your own product. You may not remove our copyright or trademark notices from the originals.

Paid products

Paid products are sold through our payment provider which processes your payment and issues your receipt. Prices are shown before you buy. You can download your files after payment.

Refunds

Digital products are not refundable once downloaded, except where the law says otherwise.

No professional advice

Groundwork templates and methods are tools to support your own judgement. They are not legal, financial or other professional advice, and we do not guarantee any particular result from using them.

Intellectual property

Groundwork™, the Six Returns of Value™ and the Value Realisation Ladder™ are trademarks of Genial Ventures Pte Ltd. All content on this site and in the templates is protected by copyright. All rights not expressly given to you are reserved.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or the templates, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your own country that cannot be waived.
